Job Summary

Our growing company needs a reliable, organized Admin cum bookkeeping officer to perform daily administrative tasks of running smooth business operations.

The incumbent must have a positive attitude, a desire to work as facilitator to team, and have excellent client-facing communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed even if extended efforts are required.

What we offer:

  • Minimum 13-month Salary
  • Basic RM1,800 to RM2,500

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance, able to handle monthly contributions for Income Tax, SOCSO and KWSP declarations will be an advantages.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Act as coordinator for internal communications.
  • Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions from the higher management.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Words. Photoshop or other photo editing software will de advantages
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.

Desired Qualification

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Admin Officer reporting directly to senior management.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), photoshop or any photo editing software with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and professional behavior.
