Job Description

  1. Sales
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
  • Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
  • Meeting sales targets as set by the management.
  1. Customer Satisfaction
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  1. Market Research
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  1. Sales Correspondences
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Ensure all incoming letter or text must be replied in a short time. The letter or text should be tactful, simple in language, helpful and every customer must feel that this enquiry is being considered.
  • Ensure all quotations for the supply of products should be sent on time. If the promises cannot be kept with regard to delivery date or other matters, the customers should be informed immediately and whenever practicable reasons for the delay should be given.
  1. Report
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  1. Others
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product & Marketing department to help build the brand.
  • Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.

The Skills You’ll Bring with You

  • Any education levels are welcome
  • 1 – 2 years of Sales Executive sales experience
  • Experience with frozen food products is desirable
  • Ability to seek out and convert opportunities – must have a “hunter” mentality
  • High level of autonomy – must be highly self-organized and motivated
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with reporting
  • Have own transportation
  • Structured, methodical and strategic mind set coupled with an ability to “just get the job done”.
