Responsibilities:

• Pre-operation preparation, including venue setup and equipment arrangement.
• Able to provide good customer service from the time that customer enter and leave the store. Basic responsibilities includes guiding and providing product service information, assist customers during the whole game session.
• Timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, coordination and handling of emergencies.
• Basic knowledge on electronic devices and electronic games.
• Regular inspection and maintenance of various equipment.
• Maintain store hygiene and cleanliness.
• Being proactive in promoting sales.

Qualifications:

• Age 21-35.
• Being punctual.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to take initiative in work.
• Positive image and temperament.
• Good service awareness and communication skills.
• Energetic and cheerful personality.
• Ability to handle multitasking.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. Able to communicate in Korean or Japanese is an additional advantage.
