WORKING HOURS: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Job Details:
- Experience as HR Coordinator/Admin Assistant/Sales
- Diploma/Degree in related field
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Managing and monitoring documents/contracts with supplier and vendor
- Ensure proper and accurate filling for all correspondence and documents
- Assist in preparation of reports, proposals and memorandums
- Responsible to arrange and coordinate any appointments, scheduling, bookings as needed
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries and any other correspondence.
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
