WORKING HOURS: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM

Job Details:

  • Experience as HR Coordinator/Admin Assistant/Sales
  • Diploma/Degree in related field
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Managing and monitoring documents/contracts with supplier and vendor
  • Ensure proper and accurate filling for all correspondence and documents
  • Assist in preparation of reports, proposals and memorandums
  • Responsible to arrange and coordinate any appointments, scheduling, bookings as needed
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries and any other correspondence.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
