We are looking for a dedicated HR to manage our company’s recruitment, learning & development & employee performance program.

Job Description:

  • Handing Recruitment process, including advertisement placements, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for Department Heads
  • Managing promotions, increments, resignations, terminations of employees.
  • Review and update the Staff Manual and all HR forms/documents of the company to ensure that it meets the requirements of Labor Law
  • Administer and implement payroll administration functions for the Company to ensure timely and accurate data entries into the payroll system to process monthly payroll accordance to various Governments bodies.
  • Performing any other HR administration functions and any other tasks as may be delegated by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Human Resource Diploma/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of Human Resource and administrative functions.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
