- Assigns seats and sells tickets using an automated ticket system.
- Works on an on-call or casual basis as needed for specific events.

- Good communication
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Knowledge of relevant destinations, attractions and travel are important
- Fluent speaking and writing in Chinese are mandatory
- Time management skills are an asset
- Knowledge of IT are required
