Responsibilities

  • Assigns seats and sells tickets using an automated ticket system.
  • Works on an on-call or casual basis as needed for specific events.
  • Coordinate with Team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh graduated are welcome
  • Independent skills
  • Team-building skills
  • Good communication
  • Excellent customer service skills are required
  • Knowledge of relevant destinations, attractions and travel are important
  • Fluent speaking and writing in Chinese are mandatory
  • Time management skills are an asset
  • Knowledge of IT are required
