The company was converted from Syarikat Hap Len Engineering in the year 2009 after being present in the market for several years in different venture.

Despite its recent creation, the partners and collaborators have an extensive experience in the Palm Oil industry as well as a good knowledge of the capabilities of the local engineers to satisfy the current and future needs of the Malaysia market.

The company has got standing agreements of collaboration with several local companies and suppliers who will participate in a joint venture to produce engineering packages and fabricate all types of steel structures, Palm Oil Machinery and offshore modules.
