Job Description:

• Assist sales team to prepare quotation, purchase order, price list and sales report.
• Responsible to attend walk-in customer.
• Follow up closely on sales enquiry and coordinate with customer.
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints.
• Follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely.
• Update customer on the estimated time of arrival.
• Ensure prompt follow up to ensure the stock will be delivered to customer on time.
• Ensure the payment for all orders have been collected according to payment terms.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection target.

Working Hours:

• 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Qualifications Required:

• FEMALE Only
• Able to Understand Speak and Write English and Malay
• Fully Vaccinated
• Malaysian Blue IC
• No Criminal Records
• Reliable Responsible Discipline and Punctual
• Proficient in MS Office especially Microsoft Words and Excel

Experience Required:

• Education Minimum SPM
• With At Least 2 Years Working Experience in Related Field
• Urgency of the Position: As Soon As Possible
