We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and prepare payments
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare reports and assist with financial analysis as needed
• Provide support to project claims
• Basic administrative documentation

Qualifications:

• Certification/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in developer/construction company preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
