Job Details

• Manage and control COMPANY logistics and warehouse operations, receiving and supplying operation for domestic and international within the standard
• Manage and monitor the performance of the logistics activities and manage ad-hoc & urgent operational requirements, shortcomings, and contractual issues with no or minimum interruption to production plan and cost
• To ensure materials & services are delivered as per plan
• Strategize and manage warehouse activities to meet the demand of COMPANY with regards to the provision of adequate storage and efficient warehouse service to ensure smooth plant operations with no interruptions
• To manage ad-hoc & urgent request of materials with no interruption to COMPANY operation
• To maintain confidentiality, integrity, and sensitivity of information and up- hold strict compliance to work processes, guidelines, procedures and regulations set by COMPANY and Government Authorities at all times

Requirements:

• At least 3 -5 years experience in Shipping, Forwarding and Transportation in Oil & Gas
• Degree holder in Logistics, Economics, Business Management or equivalent
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management
